California congresswoman presents new bill to protect cannabis industry from federal intrusion
In reaction to united states of america Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to rescind the Cole Memorandum, a bill that is new introduced when you look at the House that aims to protect state-legal cannabis from intrusive federal enforcement.
